Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Reloura to be simple and worry-free. Here's exactly what to expect.

Shipping

Free US shipping on orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $8.
Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship.
Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to start showing updates.
International orders: we ship to select countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout, delivery takes longer than in the US, and any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Late or lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, email us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

30-Day Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email us at reloura.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
